1. GENERAL. Vayer Software Ltd. ("Company") respects the privacy and security of its users. The Company's aim is to provide its users with the relevant information, resources, and services (collectively, "DbNinja" or "Services"). To this end, DbNinja collects information (such as names, email addresses, state of origin, etc.) during the registration procedure for better understanding of the various users, and retains database information. This information is used to maintain communication, and to enable and improve the content of DbNinja and improve its services. The Company shall not sell, rent or trade a user's name or personal details to other organizations. DbNinja also receives data from users required for provisions of the Services. Such data shall be kept confidential and shall not be published or otherwise disseminated to third parties. From time to time you may receive email messages from DbNinja containing security notices, promotions or offers from our partners. The Company makes no representations about the content or the goods or services offered in those messages. The Company shall not have any liability with respect to such content or messages.

NOTWITHSTANDING THE AFORESAID, THE Company RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CONTENT, RECORDS, OR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION OF ANY KIND, IF SUCH DISCLOSURE IS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH A COURT ORDER, SUBPOENA, SUMMONS, DISCOVERY REQUEST, WARRANT, STATUTE, REGULATION OR GOVERNMENTAL REQUEST.

2. COOKIES. DbNinja collects anonymous information by using cookies. Cookies are bits of electronic information which a website can transfer to a user's hard drive to help tailor and keep records of his/her visit and activities at the site. Since cookies are only text files, they cannot run on a user's computer, be used to search his/her computer for other information, or transmit any information to anyone. Cookies allow website operators to better tailor visits to the site to the visitor's individual preferences. The use of cookies is standard on the Internet and many major websites use them. A user can choose to set his/her browser to notify him/her whenever a cookie is sent. This gives the user the opportunity to decide whether or not to accept the cookie. However, should the user decide not to accept a cookie sent from DbNinja, it may impact his/her ability to use the Services.

3. INFORMATION FROM E-MAIL YOU SEND TO US. If you decide to send us an e-mail message, the message will usually contain your return e-mail address. If you include personally-identifying information in your e-mail because you want us to address issues specific to your situation, we may use that information in responding to your request, but it will be destroyed when we complete our return correspondence. Also, e-mail is not totally secure against interception. Please send only information necessary to help us process your request.

4. SECURITY. When required DbNinja uses Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") for secure data transmissions from the and to the user. SSL applies encryption between two computers, in this case the individual's personal computer and DbNinja web servers. Our web servers utilize 128 and 256-bit encryption. A web browser will automatically activate the appropriate security features when initiating a connection with the DbNinja server. On most browsers, an unbroken key or locked padlock graphic at the top or bottom of the browser screen indicates that a secure connection is established.
